Why I haven't been posting

My dog threw up on my keyboard and I have to send in the whole laptop for repairs. Asus has terrible customer service, apparently, so it'll probably be a while. Also, ever since installing Windows 8, my old Intuos 3 tablet has been "dragging" and is therefore useless to me until Wacom updates their drivers (which will probably be in November, when everyone starts upgrading to 8). Jesus, Wacom, get your sh*t together! Jk, this is no excuse for me to not draw. Meerp. I really gotta kick it up.

OH and I almost forgot! I've enrolled in Drawing I and Storyboarding! This is the first time I'll be taking actual art classes; I didn't get to take any in high school, and I could never get in any at my old UC. Now that I'm at a CC, art classes actually have room and are a hundredth of the price of a UC. :') Things are looking up.

Paper #1

Quickie with Paper by 53. This app makes me want to save up for my own iPad + stylus! Unlimited pages, paint, ink, mobility, undo... So convenient.

A Witch's Wishes (animation)

I made my very first animation this summer! Done traditionally on animation paper... on an animation desk... in an animation lab. And used those animation cranes and made pencil tests. I almost don't care that it's so short and simple; I had a lot of fun with it!
